Rebuild 130 Products with HubDB on New HubSpot Website

We recently migrated a client site from Wix to HubSpot. The final step of the migration was to rebuild their products utilizing HubDB (HubSpot Database) — a relational database tool built into HubSpot.

    This client has already been utilizing HubSpot Sales and Marketing tools, so it was logical to move them to HubSpot Content (CMS) as well. We did not do a massive redesign just yet. Instead, the focus of this project was to get the client off of Wix and onto HubSpot with a database feature to easily enable product updates from non-technical team members.

    HubSpot’s CMS offers deeper CRM integration, advanced marketing automation, built-in SEO tools and scalable security, ideal for growing businesses. Compared to Wix, HubSpot provides stronger lead tracking, personalization and analytics, all within a single, enterprise-ready platform.

Google Business Profile Audit | Enhancement

Google My Business has recently rebranded to Google Business Profile (GBP). The goal is to streamline everything into one place (Search/Maps), making it your primary tool for local SEO and customer interaction.

  • Admin Cleanup

    We manage more than 75 GBP accounts for our clients. With the most recent changes, we are spending time migrating profiles into more logical parent accounts while also enhancing the content in each to make them more SEO-friendly.

  • Easier to Manage

    This new setup enables us to better monitor and update our clients' profiles. Additionally, we have a clean dashboard we can update more easily and limit who has access to these profiles — to prevent unauthorized changes.

Graphic Design for 5 Product Sheets & Brochures | New Trade Show Booth Graphics

We have been fortunate to work with the same energy company since 2013. At least every 12-16 months we help them re-vamp the look of their sales collateral materials - flyers, product sheets, brochures and more.

  • Print Design

    We love the opportunity to do more involved graphic design projects. While product sheets and brochures are pretty straightforward, trade show booths can be challenging. We are adept at these, though, and have done hundreds of designs in the past. We are accustomed to the odd dimensions as well as the specific file sizes and resolutions required for these larger format projects.

  • Practical Use

    These materials will be posted on the website as well as provided to the global sales team of this company — easy to email or print off.

We secured a new client in late 2025 who is in the home services space. This client has utilized a few different agencies in the past as well as handled some marketing in-house. They came to adWhite from a referral of a client we've partnered with since 2018.

    We will focus on website management, SEO, PPC and social media management for this client. The goal is to improve brand awareness and drive qualified leads to the online consultation form of the website.
